Chauncey Wales - Writer, Director, Producer
Chauncey Wales is a freelance writer based in San Francisco. Prior to that, she has held various stints as an entrepreneur, construction worker, and briefly as a cook. Recipe for Love is her first foray into filmmaking and certainly not her last. She is writing the feature screenplay for the story and wants to shoot it in the USA and Brazil.

Ana Dotcheva - Co-Producer, Executive Producer
Ana Dotcheva is a transplant from Bulgaria who calls San Francisco her home. Her values are deeply rooted in Bulgarian culture where life is centered around the family and more specifically around the kitchen. Raised by two generations of master cooks, Ana knows how to enjoy good food and wine. Ana has a successful career as a software quality assurance engineer. In addition, she maintains a private practice as a massage therapist and teaches massage to couples. Finally, Ana has been singing in a group for the last 8 years. She has performed at multiple acoustic shows and electronic festivals both in the USA and abroad. This is her first foray into film production.

Paul Nordin - Director of Photography
Paul Nordin has a varied and accomplished background which includes being a dot-com survivor, software company executive, outdoor adventurer, photographer, and competitive athlete. A lifetime passion for film led him to start EMBS Studios which is now a successful production company in Emeryville, California. Over the past eight years he has amassed a large body of creative and commercial work in the Bay area and Los Angeles. His body of work includes 8 feature films, music videos, and corporate commercials.
Mathew Jones - Editor
Mathew Jones has over 18 years editing experience. He specializes in producing, editing, and finishing spots, featurettes, and trailers for both blockbusters and indies. Mathew has worked with a range of clients including MTV, VH1, Urban Outfitters, Paramount Pictures, Honda/Acura, NBC/Universal, Fox, Warner Brothers, and Sony Pictures. He has edited several official Sundance selections. Other honors include Best Picture at The New York Underground Film Festival, Cannes Independent Film Festival and the Los Angeles International Film Festival.
Bob Curreri - Colorist
Bob Curreri began his career in post production in the early nineties as a music video colorist at National Video Industries. He has taken turns as a director of photography, a music video director, and a lead guitar player in a band. Since then he has become one of the most prominent short form colorists in his field having colored hundreds of music videos for artists like Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Justin Bieber, My Chemical Romance, Weezer, All American Rejects, and Kid Rock, just to name a few. His commercial work includes spots for Honda, Volkswagen, Ford, Target, Budweiser, Yahoo, and Reebok. Bob's feature film career is also quickly gaining steam having just wrapped "Without Men" starring Eva Longoria and Christian Slater.
Matt Wood - Sound Editor
Bay Area native Matt Wood graduated from Ex'pression Center for New Media, and has since recorded a wide variety of music in the Bay Area, including jazz, rock, and hip hop. In 2001, Matt joined the team at Crescendo! Studios - one of the premier audio post-production facilities in San Francisco. He has remained there ever since working as a Senior Engineer. Among his credits are spots for Chevrolet, Google, Visa, Nike, Esurance, Adidas and Amnesty International. In his off-time Matt continues to mix independent films as well as cycle and cook.
Melissa Ayoubpour - Set Designer
Melissa Ayoubpour is a multi talented doyenne of all. Her vernaculars of style include interiors, photography, hair, set design, product & furniture conceptualization. She is meticulous in detail, befitting the cliche eponymous to "thinks beyond the b o x" with a flair and subdued panache. Master of color and space conceptualization. No obstacles left unturned. Motto: "I can and I will, gladly".
Jessy Manuel - Food Stylist and Second Assistant Director
Jessy Manuel, a.k.a Chef Jessy, has always been in love with arts, music, writing, dance, film, painting, photography, and food. At an early age, she realized that food can also be an art in itself. Jessy started working at a restaurant when she was 14 years old and quickly ascended the ranks to become an executive chef at 23 years old. She honed her cooking skills under one Jason Berthold of The French Laundry fame. Her life as a chef continued at various high end restaurants such as RN74. Jessy's passion and dedication has lead her to a life beyond working at a restaurant. She has recently started a successful business organizing private dinner parties.
